Do you have a storefront?
       We’re currently online-based with local pickup options. Reach out to schedule a local consultation or inquire about delivery.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
       Nope! Whether you want one shirt or 100, we’ve got you covered.

How long does production take?
      Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days. Let us know if you need a rush order!

Can I bring my own item to customize?
     Yes! In many cases, we can customize customer-supplied items. Contact us to confirm.

What kinds of customization do you offer?
We offer:

How do I set up a team store?
     We make it easy! Contact us, and we’ll build your free online store. We handle all orders, production, and shipping.

Can our team earn money from the store?
     Yes—many groups earn a portion of sales as a fundraiser. We’ll send a check at the end of the campaign or season.

What is HopeLinks?
     HopeLinks is our cause-driven apparel line. Each item includes a QR code that links to real resources—like mental health support, recovery help, and anti-bullying programs.

Where do the QR codes go?
    Each code links to a curated support page, giving access to helpful, verified resources 24/7.

Do you donate part of the sales?
     Yes! 5% of every HopeLinks item is donated to the cause the customer chooses at checkout.

🔥 Laser Engraving

What items do you engrave?
     Wood signs, tumblers, leather patch hats, keepsakes, and more. We engrave wood, leather, metal, and acrylic.

Can I send my own design?
     Absolutely. You can upload your logo or idea and we’ll bring it to life.

Do you offer bulk engraving for gifts or events?
     Yes—bulk and corporate pricing is available. Just ask for a custom quote.

📦 Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping?
     Yes! All U.S. orders over $100 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?
      Not at this time—we currently ship within the U.S. only.

How do I track my order?
     We’ll send you an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
